About
Built Between Two Regions
Erasmus Middle East started from a simple observation: there is enormous potential for cooperation between Europe and the Middle East. But access alone doesn’t create partnerships, and partnerships alone don’t create impact.
Someone has to understand both environments.
Organizations need someone who understands both environments, can bring the right institutions together, and can turn shared interest into a program that actually runs. That’s the role Erasmus Middle East plays.
We work with governments, corporations, non-profit organizations, universities, foundations and international partners to turn international cooperation into formal partnerships, funded programs and demonstrable results.
Mission
To build lasting bridges between Europe and the Middle East by connecting institutions, expertise and resources to opportunities capable of producing real economic and social impact.
Vision
To become a leading platform for institutional cooperation between Europe and the Middle East.
Principles
How we decide what to do.
Six working rules. They are the reason some opportunities get declined.
Brand Promise
What partners can expect
- Access to the right institutions and expertise, not a generic contact network.
- Partnership design, not introductions alone.
- Local execution, not imported models without adaptation.
- Results that can be shown, not activity for its own sake.
- One coordinated point of contact capable of managing multiple partners and organizations.
Erasmus Middle East is an independent organization facilitating institutional cooperation between European and Middle Eastern partners. References to Erasmus+ or other European Union programs describe relevant programs and cooperation opportunities and should not be interpreted as an institutional mandate from the European Union or European Commission unless expressly stated for a specific project.
